Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WORN (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

WORN is a watch collection companion app that allows you to catalog watches, track daily wear rotation, pair watches with outfits using AI, journal your experiences, and view collection statistics. The App is provided by Rishab Gupta.

User Accounts

You may use the App without an account. Signing in with Apple or Google enables cloud sync and subscription features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions & Payments

• ●WORN offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("WORN Premium").
• ●Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Prices are displayed before purchase.
• ●Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• ●You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• ●Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

AI Features

WORN uses AI (Google Gemini) for watch identification and style pairing. AI results are provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content including watch identification, heritage information, or style recommendations.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including photos, journal entries, and collection data. Your content is stored on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account. We do not claim any rights to your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ✕Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or services
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
