Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WORN (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Rishab Gupta, trading as Arthex.

What WORN does

WORN is a watch collection companion. You can catalogue watches, track daily wear, log accuracy and heartbeat readings, journal, and view collection statistics. It also offers features powered by AI: identifying a watch from a photo, pairing a watch with an outfit, recognising a watch on your wrist, styling chat, journal prompts, collection analysis, and rendering a watch you do not own onto a photo of your own wrist. There is a swipe deck for discovering watches, and a community Showcase where members post photos of their watches.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 to use the App. You must be at least 16 to post to, or comment on, the community Showcase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and only they may make purchases.

User Accounts

You may use most of the App without an account, including buying Credits and WORN Premium. Signing in with Apple or Google backs your collection up, carries your purchases between devices, and enables referrals and the community Showcase. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for what happens under your account. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to claim referral bonuses or Credit grants more than once is a breach of these terms.

Credits, Subscription & Payments

WORN is free to download. It offers two kinds of optional in-app purchase, both billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. The exact price and any free-trial terms are shown in the App before you confirm, and may vary by region.

• ●Credit packs are a one-time consumable purchase. Credits pay for the AI actions that generate a picture: wrist try-on renders and Mirror outfit pairings. Watch Slots, Style chat, Point & Wear, journal prompts and collection analysis cost nothing. Credits never expire while your account exists and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• ●WORN Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or annually (currently about US$9.99 per month or US$79.99 per year). It adds 75 Credits to your wallet on every renewal, and Credits you do not spend carry over. Eligible new subscribers get a 14-day free trial.

Subscription terms:

• ●Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• ●The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• ●If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• ●You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• ●Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

About Credits. Credits are a limited licence to use paid features inside WORN. They are not money, not a stored-value account, and not property. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits granted rather than bought (the welcome gift, the free first AI action, referral bonuses, the monthly Premium allowance, promotions) can be withdrawn if they were obtained by abusing the referral or Showcase systems. Unused Credits are lost when an account is deleted or closed.

Prices, Credit costs and the contents of a pack can change. We will not change what a Credit you have already bought is worth without telling you in the App first.

AI Features

WORN's AI features are powered by Google Gemini. Every AI result is a suggestion, not a fact. Watch identification, reference matching, heritage and movement notes, service predictions, accuracy insights and valuations can all be wrong. Do not rely on any of them for insurance, authentication, resale, or any decision where being wrong costs money. A valuation shown in WORN is an estimate produced by a language model and is not an appraisal.

A wrist try-on is a generated picture, not a photograph. The watch in it was never on your wrist. It is an approximation of proportion and appearance, it may get details of the dial, case or strap wrong, and it is not evidence of ownership and not a substitute for seeing a watch in person. Do not present a render as a real photograph of a watch you own.

Credits are spent when an AI action is performed, not when you like the answer. We do not refund Credits for a result you disagree with. If an action fails through our fault, tell us and we will make it good.

You must not use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, that depicts a real person without their agreement, or that is intended to deceive someone about a watch in a sale.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create in the App: your photos, journal entries, collection data and the renders you generate. Your collection lives on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own private iCloud. We claim no rights over any of it.

Posting to the community Showcase is different, because publishing is the point. When you submit a post you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize and display that photo, its caption, its tags and your @handle inside the App and on WORN's own channels, for as long as the post is up. That licence exists only so the post can be shown. It does not let us sell your photo, license it onward, or use it in paid advertising, and it ends when the post is removed. You keep the copyright throughout.

You confirm that you own or have permission to post what you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Approved Showcase posts are publicly visible, and the uploaded image sits at a public web address. Do not post anything you would not want read by someone outside the App.

The App does not yet let you delete a post yourself. Until it does, email rishab0611@gmail.com and we will remove the post and its photo.

Community rules

Everything you post to the Showcase must follow the Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms. Posts are screened automatically before publication, members can report and block, and we remove content and restrict accounts that break the rules. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive members.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ✕Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or services
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• ✕Automate, script, or otherwise abuse the AI features, the Credit system, or the referral system
• ✕Create multiple accounts to obtain Credits, referral bonuses, or Showcase rewards more than once
• ✕Upload anything that infringes someone else's rights, or that breaks the Community Guidelines

Suspension and termination

You can stop using WORN at any time by deleting the App, and you can delete your account from the Profile screen. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, or that is being used to defraud the Credit or referral systems. Where the breach is not serious we will warn you first. Unused Credits are lost on closure, and an active subscription must still be cancelled by you in your App Store settings.

Third-party services

WORN depends on services run by other companies, listed in full in the Privacy Policy. If one of them changes, breaks, or withdraws, a feature may change or stop working. The Where to Buy links open searches on retailer sites that we do not run, and some of those links can carry an affiliate tag, which means we may earn a commission if you buy. It never changes what you pay, and it is not a recommendation or a guarantee that a listing is genuine.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any AI output, valuation, catalogue entry or accuracy reading is correct. WORN is not a backup service: keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose, using the export feature in Profile.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss arising from reliance on an AI result or a valuation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other obligation to you.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
