What we keep for a shop

The shop's name, websites, email, country and, if it gives one, its GSTIN. Alongside those, the Razorpay customer id and subscription id, a fingerprint of the shop's API key (never the key itself) and monthly usage counts. The name, email and GSTIN also go to Razorpay as the shop's customer record. These stay while the subscription is active, and afterwards as a record of billing.

Shoppers on a shop's site

The fit check sets no cookies. On a shop's site, a shopper's wrist size stays in their own browser. When a shopper sends their wrist size from a try-on link the shop's assistant gave them, it is kept with that try-on for an hour so the assistant can read it. We count, per shop and month, how often the fit check was shown and how many shoppers measured a wrist, without storing who they are.

When a shopper books a fitting, their name, contact, chosen watch and wrist size are sent to the shop. We keep a copy for up to 30 days and delete it if it could not be delivered. After that the shop is responsible for the booking.

Who processes it

Deleting records

A shop can ask for its records to be deleted, and a shopper can ask for a booking to be deleted, by writing to rishab0611@gmail.com. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
