Who sells WORN Boutique

WORN Boutique is a monthly subscription for watch shops, sold on worn.club/for-retailers. It lets a shop measure a shopper's wrist on its own site or through its assistant, show its own watches on the shopper's wrist, and take booked fittings. It is sold by Arthex Technologies Private Limited (GSTIN 01ABBCA1766C1ZE), 32A G 5 Feeder, Gangyal, Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir 180010, India. By starting a plan, the shop agrees to these terms.

Price and charges

  • ●Price. In India the plan is ₹3,999 a month plus 18% GST. It includes 1,000 measured wrists a month.
  • ●Usage charges. Beyond the included 1,000, each extra measured wrist is ₹3 and each booked fitting is ₹99, plus GST. Each calendar month's usage is added to the shop's next monthly payment.
  • ●What counts. A measured wrist is a shopper's wrist measured on the shop's site or by its assistant, counted at most once per visitor per shop per day. Showing the fit check is free.
  • ●Receipts and GST invoices. Razorpay emails a receipt for each charge. For an Indian shop the amount charged includes 18% GST. A GST tax invoice with the shop's GSTIN is available on request by email.
  • ●Payment. Charged through Razorpay, which handles card and UPI details. WORN never sees them.

Renewal and cancellation

  • ●Renewal. The subscription renews each month on the date the shop signed up, until it is cancelled.
  • ●Cancelling. Email rishab0611@gmail.com. Cancelling stops all further charges, including usage not yet billed. The plan runs to the end of the month already paid.
  • ●Failed payments. If Razorpay cannot collect a payment and stops the subscription, the shop moves to the Free plan.
  • ●Refunds. The refund rules are on the refunds page.

The shop's key and content

The shop keeps its API key private and is responsible for what is done with it. The shop confirms it has the right to the product photos and buy links it gives WORN to show, and that bookings it receives are handled under its own privacy practices. WORN may pause a plan that is used to mislead shoppers or to harm the service.
